For the benefit of Micro Small & Medium Entrepreneurs, Micro Small & Medium Development Organization New Delhi, is operating a number of promotional schemes for the growth of Micro Small & Medium industries.  Presently following schemes are  available for Micro Small & Medium Industries. 1 Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme for MSME industries.
  Purpose of this scheme is to provide guarantees to a substantial extent in respect of credit facilities to borrowers in the small scale sector, without any collateral security and / or third party guarantees.
2 Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme for Technology Up-gradation of Small Scale Industries [CLCSS]
This Scheme aims to facilitate technology up-gradation by MSME units in the specified products / sub sectors by providing 12% capital subsidy for induction of proven technology approved under the scheme.

4 Scheme for Market Development Assistance for MSME Exporters (SSI-MDA) 
This Scheme is in addition to existing MSMEDO scheme for participation in international fairs will cover all activities for which direct assistance is given under the existing MDA scheme of the Ministry of commerce. In addition, the scheme would also provide for financial assistance for commissioning market study reports and for initiating/contesting anti dumping cases.
   
5 Integrated Infrastructure Development (IID) Scheme for Micro Small & Medium Industries
   
Objective of this scheme is to facilitate growth of clusters of Micro Small & Medium units. IID centers are to provide common service facilities and technology backup services like Power, Water, Telecommunication, Drainage, Pollution Control facilities, effluent treatment & disposal system, roads, banks raw material depot, storage and marketing outlets etc. in the new /existing centers/ Industrial Areas. 

At Present This prograqm is running at BIRKOMJI at Mahasamund Distt and Haritchapra (Kawardha) at Kabirdham Distt

6 Integrated Technology Up-gradation & Management Program (UPTECH)
The Scheme provides financial support to clusters for conducting diagnostic study of the cluster, carrying out industries related R&D, if needed, setting up new technology demonstration plant, setting up of a common facility center, if required, training of users, seminars workshops, study visits for quick dissemination of technology.

9 Quality Up-gradation in Micro Small & Medium Sector through Incentive for ISO-9000 Certification.
Scheme aims at encouraging technological up-gradation and quality improvement in MSME sector. Scheme provides reimbursement of 75% of the amount spent for acquiring ISO 9000 (or its equivalent ) up to Rs.75,000/- to each unit.
   
10 National Awards
National Award for Quality Products.

National Award for Research and Development  efforts in MSME industries.

Micro Small & Medium entrepreneurs are eligible for this awards to motivate them for efficient management etc.

   
11 Scheme For Setting up Testing Centers by Industries Association  & Modernization / Expansion of Quality  Marking Centers of State Government and their Autonomous Bodies
   
Scheme is to promote setting up of testing centers to offer facilities mainly to industrial units including MSME units located in the State for testing the quality of raw materials, components and end products as per the relevant standard specification with in the ambit of testing facilities available at the center.
12 Mini Tool Room & Training Centers
Scheme is to set up Mini tool rooms to provide training facilities in Tool manufacturing and tool designing with advance tool making process using CAD/CAM techniques and work as Nucleus center for providing consultancy, information service, documentation etc. for solving the problems related to tooling of industry in the region

14 NATIONAL MANUFACTURING COMPETITIVENESS PROGRAM (NMCP)

Made a presentation on various components of NMCP and advised the Directors to implement the same in a systematic manner as this Programme will boost up the image of the Organization, and will encompass many on- going schemes like Cluster Development Programme, Quality Management, Market Development etc. The NMCP has components in the area of (i) Bar code(ii) Incubators (iii) QMS/QTT(iv) IPRs(v) Lean Manufacturing (vi) Mini Tool Room (vii)ICT (viii) Tech-up (ix) Design and Marketing.

   
15 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

An activity under IPR Programme is still in a low profile and advised to undertake various activities in these in these areas.

§         Reimbursement of Indian patent is Rs. 25,000 for foreign it can go up to 2 lakhs. Units in medium sector will be included to avail the benefit.
